We have also provided a facility whereby your delivery details and other essential ordering information are stored on our site with your first order, so you do not have to re-enter this information with each new order. The cookie enables us to provide this service.

Please note that Bob’s Books customers can remove themselves from the distribution list by simply typing “remove me” in the subject line of a reply email.

We do not sell or rent any customers lists.

You may access all of your personal information that we hold by clicking on the ‘My Account’ icon on the Bob’s Books homepage. Within this section you will be able to view and change any of your personal details, account history and un-subscribe to our email notifications.
Shopping Security
At Bob’s Books we consider the security of your information to be of paramount importance. We have implemented security measures designed to provide the peace of mind you should expect when purchasing goods over the Internet.
No credit card information is stored on the Bob’s Books website. When you submit your credit card information for payment you are actually submitting it directly to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia via a secure connection.
